Annual contract:
Our annual contracts are based on service level agreements. Inquiries by telephone/mail:
- During business hours Monday-Friday from 7 a. m. to 5 p. m.
- If required, 24/7 service is available.
On-site services:
On-site services are optionally available outside regular business hours (including weekends) to minimise interruptions to your workflow. Within Vienna city limits there will be no extra charges for travel to your premises. Outside Vienna city limits we charge a flat fee for travel and/or days required.
Without a service contract:
We offer hardware and software support services even without an annual service contract. The service provided and billing will be on a fixed charge basis within the framework of a general service contract, or, as the case may be, on your individual service instructions.
